Within 24–48 hours, a rescue coordinator will reach out to answer questions, confirm logistics, and guide you through next steps.
Step 3: Drop-Off or Pick-Up & Assessment
Choose to bring your pet to our facility or schedule a pickup. Upon arrival, we provide a veterinary check-up and a gentle behavior evaluation.
Step 4: Foster Care & Forever Home
We place your pet in clean, loving foster care or our rescue center until we find them the perfect forever home.

What types of animals do you bring to events?
We specialize in bringing a wide range of exotic animals to your event — including reptiles like snakes and lizards, fascinating insects, tropical birds such as parrots, and other unique creatures you won’t usually find at a petting zoo. Each animal is safe, well-trained, and accompanied by a knowledgeable handler. Upon request, we can also include a few familiar farm animals to complement the exotic experience.
Are the animals safe and clean for children to interact with?
Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. All our exotic animals are healthy, regularly checked by specialized veterinarians, and handled according to strict hygiene and safety protocols. They’re accustomed to human interaction and are always supervised by trained handlers to ensure a safe, calm, and enriching experience for children and adults alike.
How does the pet surrender process work?
We aim to make the surrender process as simple and stress-free as possible—for both you and your pet. First, give us a call or fill out the contact form on our website. Our team will speak with you to understand your situation and walk you through the next steps. If surrender is the right option, we’ll schedule a time for intake and ensure your pet is placed in a safe, loving environment. From there, we provide temporary care and work to find the best possible forever home. Throughout the process, we’re here to support you and your pet with compassion and understanding.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially around busy holiday periods like Easter or Christmas. However, feel free to reach out anytime—we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests if possible.
